Pearl Abyss has pushed Charting the Unknown, the paid DLC for Crimson Desert Enhanced, back two weeks from 15 October to 29 October 2026. The notice went up on 30 September. It says the team needs “additional development time to deliver a more polished and stable gameplay experience”.

It unlocks at 22:00 UTC on Thursday 29 October

  • UTC and UK: 22:00, Thursday 29 October
  • Central Europe: 23:00 CET, Thursday 29 October
  • US West: 15:00 PT, Thursday 29 October
  • US East: 18:00 ET, Thursday 29 October
  • Kenya: 01:00 EAT, Friday 30 October
  • Korea and Japan: 07:00 KST/JST, Friday 30 October

Pearl Abyss’s delay notice gives the European time as CEST. Europe’s clocks go back on 25 October, so on the 29th the right label is CET, which the revised pre-order notice uses.

Mac App Store: not at launch. Some markets: not at all

Pre-orders opened on 3 September, with the Charter’s Diving Set for Kliff and Oongka and the Charter’s Light Diving Set for Damiane as the bonus. The DLC won’t be on the Mac App Store at launch. After a review of content and age-rating requirements, it also won’t be sold in certain markets; pre-orders there have closed and are being refunded.

Pearl Abyss’s page lists what the DLC adds:

  • ships you command, and islands off Pywel’s coast
  • diving for underwater ruins and treasure
  • facilities you can rent and manage for income
  • an upgraded Housing mode
  • deeper NPC conversations
  • new story threads for Kliff, Damiane and Oongka

The official page gives no price. Our release calendar and updates since launch now carry the new date.
