The Rumour Ledger · Updated every Friday
The Rumour Ledger
Our public record of GTA 6 claims, and every other game we cover: what is confirmed, what is credible, what is noise, and what we got wrong. Every claim dated, attributed and labelled by evidence state.
When the evidence moves, the ledger moves with it, in the open. Nothing is quietly deleted.

The editions
The ledger publishes every Friday. The newest edition is first.
How to read the ledger
Five evidence states, unchanged since Edition 1. Confirmed is first-party only, Rockstar or Take-Two on the record. Likely is strong secondary sourcing with a track record behind it. Possible is a plausible claim with no developer confirmation. Unverified is tracked for significance rather than credibility. Debunked is struck through and kept, because we do not delete our mistakes or anyone else’s.
Nothing on the ledger is a Rockstar announcement unless it says Confirmed and names a first-party source. A quiet week on the record is still information.
When we get it wrong
Debunked claims are struck through and kept on the record permanently, and every correction is logged on the public corrections page. We track the claim’s provenance, not the person’s batting average: insiders are attributed to their claims, never scored.
