GTA ONLINE · GTA+ · AUGUST 2026
Rockstar’s GTA+ update for August landed on 13 August, and for once the membership column is where the money is: the new Gallivanter Warden SUV a week before anyone else can buy it, the Garment Factory at 60% off, and doubled payouts on the business attached to it. Every figure below is taken directly from Rockstar’s Newswire post.
The Garment Factory at 60% off is the money item
The Darnell Bros Garment Factory is 60% off at Maze Bank Foreclosures through the month, and the business it runs, The FIB Files, pays 2X GTA$ and RP for members. On top of that, the factory’s staff generate double passive income through 9 September. Taken together, that makes this an unusually cheap month to get into the FIB Files business, and a well-paid one to already own it. If you have been waiting for a reason, this is the one.
The Warden, a week early
The new Gallivanter Warden SUV is free to claim from The Vinewood Car Club showroom for GTA+ members through 9 September, one week before it goes on general sale. Rockstar’s own description puts it between comfort and extreme off-road capability, “an SUV on PEDs” in the Newswire’s words.
Drift Races: 3X now, 6X later
Drift Races pay members 3X GTA$, RP and LS Car Meet Rep, and Rockstar says that stacks to 6X from 27 August through 2 September. All Drift Tuning upgrades are 50% off for the month, and Terrorbyte Bureau Tech is also half price, including the Missile Lock-On Jammer that our beginner guide recommends for sellers.
The wardrobe column
The cosmetics this month: the Pink SN x PRB Bomber Zipped jacket from the Sessanta Nove and Princess Robot Bubblegum collaboration, the PRB Tee and Shorts, and Light Purple Pearl Chameleon paint with matching wheel paint, all free at the usual outlets. The standing benefits continue: GTA$500,000 monthly, member Shark Cards with 15% bonus cash, the extra daily Lucky Wheel spin, and Gun Van discounts.
Running alongside it: the Brand Wars event has reset the weekly completion bonuses and is paying 4X on Freemode through 26 August.
Who should actually care
If you do not own the Garment Factory, this month removes most of the price of entry and doubles what it pays while you learn it. If you drift, the stacking 6X window at the end of the month is the one to circle. And if you only ever claim the free car, the Warden is claimable until 9 September, so there is no rush this time.
