Capcom’s survival horror shelf is the story of the PlayStation Store’s new sale wave. Resident Evil Requiem, released on 27 February 2026, is down to $48.99 at 30% off; the 2023 remake of Resident Evil 4 is $9.99 at 75% off; and the Resident Evil Remake Trilogy bundle is $29.39 at 58% off. Three price tiers of one franchise, all in the same wave.
The store lists the wave under the single word Promotion, with no sale name on the category page. It reports 4,338 results, which counts listings and not games: a base game, its deluxe edition, its season pass and each add-on are separate rows. It ends on 24 September 2026 at 09:59 EAT (06:59 UTC, 2:59 a.m. ET). Every price below was read off the US PlayStation Store on 10 September 2026; other regions scale to their own currencies.
The Resident Evil shelf: one franchise at three prices

Requiem is down to $48.99, a 30% discount six and a half months after launch. If you already own the older remakes, that is the pick. If you own none of them, the maths runs the other way: the Remake Trilogy at $29.39 packs the remakes of Resident Evil 2, 3 and 4 into one bundle for less than the price of Requiem’s discount, and Resident Evil 4 on its own at $9.99 is the cheapest entry point into the modern series.
The heavy hitters
Cyberpunk 2077 is $19.99 at 60% off, from $49.99, with its Phantom Liberty expansion at $17.99 alongside; note that the base game is already included with PS Plus Extra, so subscribers only need the expansion. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Cross-Gen Bundle is $27.99 at 60% off, from $69.99, and its sequel’s Cross-Gen Bundle is half price at $34.99. Grand Theft Auto V (PS4 and PS5) is $19.99 at 50% off, from $39.99, and the standalone Grand Theft Auto Online is $9.99, also half price.
WWE 2K26 Standard is $34.99 at 50% off, from $69.99, but check your subscription before buying: it just entered the PS Plus Game Catalog this month, so Extra and Premium members already have it at no extra cost.
Worth a look under $20
Beyond Resident Evil 4 at $9.99, the classic Call of Duty: Black Ops and Black Ops II are $19.99 each at 50% off. Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty at $17.99 is the strongest add-on in the wave, and Gran Turismo 7’s 25th Anniversary Digital Deluxe sits just above the line at $39.59, 56% off, for anyone wanting the full package rather than the base game.
The verdict
The Resident Evil maths does the deciding: newcomers take the Remake Trilogy at $29.39 or Resident Evil 4 at $9.99, series completists take Requiem at $48.99. Outside Capcom’s shelf, Cyberpunk 2077 at $19.99 is the best single-game value if you are not on Extra. With GTA VI seventy days out, GTA V at $19.99 is the cheapest way to revisit Los Santos before Vice City, though Extra members already have it included. The wave ends 24 September at 09:59 EAT (2:59 a.m. ET); prices verified on the US store on 10 September, and the full running list lives on our PlayStation Store sales hub.
