The GTA 6 leaker Cyberleek says a build with the full story mode goes public if their memecoin reaches a $30 million market cap, unless Take-Two issues physical discs and apologises. Alinea Analytics estimates Gears of War: E-Day sold 230,000 copies in its first week, with 1.7 million more playing on Game Pass. Konami’s Silent Hill producer says a second and third wave of games are being planned. Squadron 42 has a Steam page and a Q2 2027 window, and Arc Raiders’ Frozen Trail update took its Steam player count to its highest since April.

Cyberleek ties a full story-mode build to a $30 million memecoin
Days after posting about 25 minutes of footage (logged in Edition 13), Cyberleek posted a new condition on their site: “CYBERLEEK hits 30 million marketcap, the build goes out – full story mode, played to the end, credits and all.” The alternative offered is “Take-Two gets one way out: physical disks and a public apology.” The coin was reported more than $20 million short of the target at the weekend. PC Gamer’s Jody Macgregor notes that an earlier clip ended with the word LEEK shot into a wall, which is why outlets treat the leaker as holding a playable build. The preservation campaign Stop Killing Games said “Using illegal means to make a point is unacceptable to us.” Take-Two and Rockstar have not responded to the threat; Rockstar’s only statement on the leaks remains the 26 August card. The claim stays Unverified in the Ledger until something is released or Rockstar characterises the build.
Gears of War: E-Day: 230,000 copies sold, 1.7 million on Game Pass, on Alinea’s estimate
Alinea Analytics’ Rhys Elliott put E-Day’s first-week sales at 230,000 copies, 168,000 on Steam and 62,000 on Xbox console and PC, with about 1.7 million people playing through Game Pass, 722,000 of whom paid $30 for the Premium upgrade’s five-day early access, for roughly $37 million in revenue. Microsoft has not corroborated any of it. Two cautions: Kotaku first printed 320,000 and corrected it to 230,000 the next day, and Alinea is the same firm whose Halo estimate was revised down by about a third inside a week in August, so treat the figure as one firm’s model. On Xbox’s own storefront the picture is better: TrueAchievements has E-Day as the second-largest Xbox launch of 2026 by players, 8.6 percent ahead of Halo: Campaign Evolved and at 67.3 percent of Forza Horizon 6, and Windows Central reports it at number one on the US and UK Xbox stores this week. The game launched on 6 October after early access from 1 October (last week’s roundup).
Konami is planning a second and third wave of Silent Hill games
Series producer Motoi Okamoto told Famitsu that “All three titles we initially announced” have launched, and “Successfully launching this ‘first wave’ comes with great relief, but we’re not stopping here; we must think of the second and third waves.” He added: “We can’t share specific details, but we’re currently looking at a number of projects.” The three are the Silent Hill 2 remake, Silent Hill f and Silent Hill: Townfall, the last of which released in September. No new title, studio or date was named.
Squadron 42 has a Steam page and a Q2 2027 window
Cloud Imperium’s single-player Star Citizen campaign, first announced in 2012, now has a Steam page listing a Q2 2027 release and a three-minute trailer mixing gameplay, cutscenes and in-engine footage, with Mark Hamill and Gillian Anderson among the cast. The page lists 16 GB of RAM as a minimum and no price. The company calls it a “focused narrative adventure”. Cloud Imperium has given no date inside the quarter; wishlisting is the only new commitment.
Arc Raiders’ Frozen Trail update: 166,670 concurrent on Steam, the most since April
Embark released Frozen Trail, version 2.0, on 8 October with a free weekend to 12 October. Steam concurrents reached 131,388 on launch day per SteamDB, and reports put the weekend peak at 166,670, the highest since the Riven Tides update in April and well above the 10,000 to 35,000 the game held over the summer; SteamDB showed a 24-hour peak of 164,228 on 14 October, after the free weekend ended, against an all-time peak of 481,966 from the October 2025 launch. The update adds the Pendola Pass map with dynamic loot zones, two map conditions, three new enemies, a grappling hook craftable at a Level 1 Utility Station, a redesigned skill tree, an expandable Outpost, a reward pass and new quests. Embark says more skill-tree changes are coming and is testing a PvE mode.
